1.      Feel younger than age 13 years old
2.      Keeping up with fashion.
3.      Starting menopausal after the age of 52
4.      Less daily calorie intake.
5.      Pulse of 15 seconds 15 times (60 beat/min)
6.      Do not snore
7.      Abdomen flat after menopause/climacteric
8.      High levels of vitamin D in the blood.
9.      Outgoing.
10.    Running 40 minutes a day.
